Deduplication. Ask support for the matching rule used in the current file.
Email checks. A verification method and date are not published.

Common questions

Is every agent in the file a REALTOR®?

No. REALTOR® is a trademark that identifies members of the National Association of REALTORS®. The file lists licensed real estate agents and brokers. Association membership is shown only where a value is on file.

Does a verified email mean my messages will be delivered?

No. Validation confirms an address was accepted at the time of the check. Delivery also depends on your sending domain, content, volume, and the recipient's mail server. Replies are never guaranteed.

Can I upload the file to my email platform?

The file is a CSV that most CRMs and spreadsheet tools can import. Whether an email service lets you send to a purchased list is set by that service's own policy. Check its terms before importing.

Do I have permission to email these agents?

A published business email is not consent to receive marketing. You are responsible for following applicable law, such as the CAN-SPAM Act, including identifying yourself, giving a working unsubscribe, and honoring opt-outs. See the responsible outreach guide in Resources.

Does location mean the agent only works in that parish?

No. Location is the office address on record. Agents often work across several parishes.

Are updates included after purchase?
